Your initial demeanour during Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds new dried map

We’ve famous that Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds has been formulation new maps for a few months now. Previously we’d usually seen them as conceptual sketches, though a game’s creator took to Twitter yesterday to share screenshots for a initial time.

When we spoke with Brendan “Playeruknown” Greene during E3 a few weeks ago he told us all about a new bureau BlueHole had non-stop in Madison, Wisconsin. That group is being built around terrain artist Shawn Wiederhoeft.

“He used to work on Call of Duty: Ghosts and We Happy Few as an environmental artist,” Greene said. “He did a troops bottom [on Battlegrounds’ strange map]. So we wanted to get some-more artists to get adult and operative [on a new maps] and operative in South Korea can be a plea for some of them. So we’re sourroundings adult an bureau in Madison, Wisconsin so we can occupy artists from Montreal and places like that and get them to pierce down.”

The dried map will be most smaller than Battlegrounds’ original, Eastern European setting. It will be usually 4 block kilometers and represents a mixed, civic sourroundings in Peru. An early blueprint was common with Game Informer in May and shows a grid of city streets in a south and easterly with a territory of busted favelas to a north and west.

A this map is also in a works, this one set in a Adriatic with what Greene tells us are “Mediterranean coasts on a bottom with arrange of a northern, forested corner and in a core a busted cosmodrome.”

No word nonetheless on when a new maps will be rolled out.
