The third enlargement for a Sun Moon Pokemon Trading Card Game series, called Sun Moon–Burning Shadows, launches Aug 4.
The enlargement adds over 140 new cards, namely 12 new Pokemon-GX, that have aloft HP and stronger attacks than their normal versions. Pokemon combined embody Alolan Pokemon Necrozma-GX, Tapu Fini-GX, and Marshadow as good as Machamp-GX, Charizard-GX, Darkrai-GX, and Ho-Oh-GX. See dual of a new cards below.
The enlargement also adds 6 full-art Supporter cards featuring “important tellurian characters,” many expected from Team Skull. However, there are no previews accessible for those cards yet, so it stays to be seen how they’ll impact a kinds of decks we can build.
The Sun Moon series was expelled in Feb with a bottom enlargement that introduced Pokemon-GX and Alolan Pokemon to a game. It was followed by a Guardians Rising enlargement in May, that combined 12 new Pokemon-GX cards and a series of full-art cards.
In other Pokemon news, Nintendo recently announced Pokemon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon for 3DS, new versions of 2016’s Sun and Moon featuring an swap story. Those games aren’t entrance to Nintendo Switch, though President Ishihara of a Pokemon Company reliable during Nintendo’s E3 display that a new, mainline Pokemon RPG is in growth exclusively for a Switch and “may not recover for some-more than a year.”
