Gas Prices Ratchet Up

EAST PROVIDENCE, RI—Blame it on Hurricane Harvey or Hurricane Irma. No matter a culprit, prices during a siphon are high. They’ve climbed as high as they’ve been in dual years, according to AAA. The inhabitant normal on Thursday for unchanging unleaded was $2.67. The Rhode Island normal was $2.74. Even a aged pretence of scooting over to Route 6 in Seekonk didn’t work. A gallon of unleaded was $2.72 on Wednesday during a Speedway opposite from Panera Bread.

Prices went even aloft Thursday. The Sunoco in East Providence nearby a 195 ramp was offered gas for $2.89. In Middletown, a drive-by consult on West Main Road found prices during $2.66, $2.69 and $2.72.
