Confirmed: Final Fantasy XV, Serious Sam 4, Mechwarrior 5, PUBG and some-more will support real-time ray tracing …

And it has been strictly confirmed. Final Fantasy XV, Serious Sam 4, Mechwarrior 5, PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds, We Happy Few and some-more will support real-time ray tracing. As we’ve already reported, Final Fantasy XV will be ancillary ray tracing around a new Vulkan renderer that will be added, yet we don’t know how it will be regulating ray tracing.

The full list of all arriving PC games that will support real-time ray tracing around NVIDIA’s RTX record is a following.

  • Ark Survival Evolved
  • Assetto Corsa Competizione
  • Atomic Heart
  • Battlefield 5
  • Control
  • Dauntless
  • In Death
  • Enlisted
  • Final Fantasy XV
  • The Forge Arena
  • Fractured Lands
  • Hitman 2
  • Justice
  • JX3
  • Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries
  • Metro Exodus
  • PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds
  • Remnant from a Ashes
  • Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass
  • Shadow of a Tomb Raider
  • We Happy Few

In other words, we are looking during 21 games that are entrance in 2018 and 2019 that will support real-time ray tracing. Unfortunately we don’t know how any and each diversion will take advantage of RTX. For example, Battlefield 5, Assetto Corsa and Atomic Heart will be regulating RTX for reflections and refractions, since Shadow of a Tomb Raider will be regulating it for ray traced shadows. On a other hand, Metro Exodus will use it for a Global Illumination and Ambient Occlusion solution.

Still, we trust that this is flattering plain list of games that will be regulating a RTX technology. It will be also engaging to exam some of these games – that have already been expelled on a PC – and magnitude a opening with and but RTX.

UPDATE:

It seems that a games listed above will not be regulating real-time ray tracing after all (or during slightest not all of them). While a immature group enclosed all these games in a graph and presentation, it appears that some of them will use real-time ray tracing and others will usually take advantage of a DLSS technique that was used to run a Unreal Engine 4 Infiltrator tech demo.

As NVIDIA revealed after a event:
